About Me

For me, yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s became a pathway to inner peace, balance, and strength.

My passion for yoga first started to stretch and strengthen my poorly postured and inflexible body to support my avid love of running. 

It is not something that came naturally to me, but as I started to gain the strength and flexibility, it felt less like working out, and more of a rewarding experience. 

Achieving asanas, I thought my body could never attempt is a satisfying feeling as well as the ease it brings to the mind as I focus on clearing my thoughts and improving my balance.
