Hi! My name is Victoria, a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor.

With a passion for helping people connect with themselves through the ancient practices of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. My journey begun in the birthplace of yoga, India Rishikesh, where I was fortunate enough to train under experienced yogis who instilled the profound power of yoga to transform my life.

My classes are designed to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of harmony that you can carry with you off the mat. Creating the balance you need.

Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, my approach is inclusive, personalised, and grounded in the authentic teachings of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.

My specialisation in yoga for runners addresses the unique needs of athletes, focusing on flexibility, strength, and injury prevention.
